There were prostitutes and people drinking on the stairs of the hotel property. Drug activity in the parking lot across the street. Hotels.com and Motel 6 still charged me for the nite even tho I did not even get out of my car in that neighborhood. Very unsafe area

Parking is a bit tight but beds are comfy ac is great recommend staying top floor if your not noisy consider others at your expense. Overall worth the price.

House keeping Uncleanliness
We have stayed here previously before many times. Never had problems until my stay from June 7th through June 10. First room we were given was used had dirty sheets, used towels, dirty clothes, and smelled like so much smoking went on in there. I went to inform the guy about this of course and he apologize and gave me a different room. This room was cleaned except the trash bin had trash from previously attendant and it was a used condom. After we left the next day they came to house keep the room but missed the toilet paper we had asked for and no bags in the trash bins. Not sure if the house keeping crew has new managment or no management at all but it services has definitely decline. I am a firm believer in second chances but if this uncleanliness continues we might have to find a new hotel to stay at while visiting Modesto. Also we have photos but its not letting me add them.
