It was a cash deposit which caught me by surprise but ATMs are close by. It looks bad because of the construction but the rooms are clean and really nice, the staff is friendly and clear in their communications.

POOR SERVICE
There was only 2 towels inside the room for a family of 4. We told the employee can we have 2 towels for our kids and was charged $5 for the towels. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I didn’t like that the room light didn’t work - the shower pressure was as if the drain was clogged. It would shoot out water for 30 seconds and then it would stop shooting out water for 30 seconds. The water didn’t get hot.

The night person wasn’t very friendly the day time upon check out was super nice. The grounds felt creepy and murdery. The room itself was gross and didn’t feel clean at all. Chunks of wall missing, stains everywhere, it didn’t feel clean.

I left my pillow and they are holding it for me for 2 weeks- the front desk was so nice. The room was clean and the perfect stop for my dog and I.

It was horrible. Trashy, dirty place. The room we had had two queen beds with one smashed up against the wall cooling unit. There were bugs in the corner of the room. The beds were as hard as rock so much so my 11 year old opted to sleep on the floor.
