There are 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, large living room, and terrace overlooking the beautiful Modica countryside,Around the house there is a large lawn with a children's play corner There is a magnificent swimming pool and a large solarium, In the villa there is a gym and a sauna as documented by the photos . Pets are welcome ,The house is located a few km from the historic center of Modica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Baroque Also a few kilometers away are the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea with fine golden sand bathed by crystal clear water.
