site et maison magnifiques mais services limtés
Site et maison magnifiques et idéaux si vous aimez l'isolement et le calme. Mais: accueil, prestations et équipements minimaux (échanges par SMS avec manque de réactivité, ni papier toilette ni savon ni produits cuisine de base, frigo trop petit, une seule cafetière italienne qui marche sur trois, pas de décapsuleur, literies anciennes, lumière de la hotte ne marche pas...), promiscuité avec locataires du second appartement au rez-de-chaussée (non vécue car nous avions heureusement loué les deux appartements), et résidents à l'étage (mais discrets). Au total, séjour agréable mais nous aurions souhaité un standard de prestations plus conforme au standing du gîte.

Plus beau dehors que dedans...
Très belle maison, vue splendide, jardin très bien entretenu. Meubles d'extérieur de qualité. Cependant les prestations de confort à l'intérieur sont très insuffisantes pour ce niveau de prix : éclairage du séjour très largement insuffisant - nombre d'assiettes, couverts, verres identique à la capacité maximale (il faut laver après usage !!!) - absence d'électroménager - saladiers en plastique ! - pas de lave-vaisselle - pas de télévision - pas de radio - pas de wifi. Ménage à l'arrivée insuffisant : les occupants précédents devaient avoir un chien (on a retrouvé des poils partout). Nous devions avoir la maison entière pour nous : le premier étage était occupé par le frère et sa famille pendant le week-end de notre arrivée ! Les propriétaires ne parlent qu'italien : difficile de se faire comprendre quand on ne pratique pas parfaitement la langue.
