In the heart of the Pays de Châteaubriant, in a natural and calm environment, beautiful stone house ideal for relaxation and nature activities. Unfenced garden of 800 m² with swing, slide, sandbox.
Ground floor: large living room, living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), bathroom, separate toilet, storage room.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 2 twin 90x190 beds, 2: 2 twin 80x190 beds, 3: 90x190 trundle beds), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby equipment, hifi, DVD player, freezer.
Not included: heat pump heating, electricity, wood, sheets, towels/household linen, mandatory cleaning fee (€80). Animals: €100 deposit.

Tres bon sejour
Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans votre maison. La maison est tres bien distribuée, avec de belles et grandes pièces. Le jardin est parfait, les enfants ont pu jouer à leur guise en securite. Envirenement au grand calme. Des belles balades dans les alentours. Nous recommandons fortement!!
