The villa is situated on a small mountain high above the sea, so that you can enjoy every day a panoramic view over the coast and the sea to the old watchtower Torre del Pirulico on the cliffs in the distance. The view is unobstructed, the plot and the pool are because of the hillside location from all sides secluded. As a result, they enjoy a holiday in complete peace and seclusion.

The well-kept, not overflowing beach of Mojacar Playa is right at your feet. By car (2 minutes) or on foot (8 minutes) you can easily reach it. The beach is 700 m on the road and 400 m as the crow flies.

The house can be reached via a 30 meter long driveway and has its own lockable carport. From the garage you reach a lushly landscaped forecourt and the entrance to the detached, single-storey house.
The vestibule covered with a dome leads them into the spacious living room. Here you will find a leather sitting area, a TV and a library. In the living room there is also a dining table with chairs, if you want to eat inside.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove and oven. Two refrigerators, a coffee machine, a microwave and a dishwasher are provided. Iron, washing machine and more are in a separate pantry. From there you reach a small kitchen yard, where you can hang laundry.

The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. Right next to it is the bathroom with shower. A second, smaller bedroom with double bed and wardrobe is also located in the main house. It does not have its own bathroom, so that the main bathroom or separate guest toilet (with sink) can be shared.

The terrace is located at ground level directly in front of the house and is lushly planted. It has a table with chairs and umbrella, for dining or just to enjoy the fantastic sea views.

A second, lower terrace, on which the swimming pool is located, is accessible via a staircase from the upper terrace (not barrier-free). Here are two sun loungers and a covered patio with table and chairs, for example, for the afternoon coffee. The pool is about 10 meters long and has a slope so that it is suitable for children in the front and in the back no besehungsztzt. A wide flight of stairs leads into the pool.

From the area of the lower terrace leads another staircase to the apartment below (not barrier-free). This has its own access and is lockable. It contains a double bed, as well as a folding sofa, which can be folded out if necessary to a double mattress. Attached is a private small bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower.

Area information: The coastal city of Mojacar is located on the largely unspoiled Costa de Almeria in southern Spain. In the town there is a strict building ban for multi-storey buildings. The house is located in the middle of the village on a hill and offers a great view of the town and the coast. As a tranquil resort Mojacar offers beautiful beaches, diving schools, golf courses and a riding stable.

In numerous restaurants you can enjoy both local specialties and international cuisine.
Bars and nightclubs allow for a varied nightlife. Various attractions in the area offer attractive destinations: the nearby coastal National Park Cabo de Gata with its beautiful beaches, the old town of Granada with the Alhambara, the palm grove of Elche, or the desert of Tabernas with their Western movie set to lure to excursions

How to get there: The nearest international airport is located 80 kilometers away in Almeria and can be reached quickly via the motorway. It is also easy to arrive via the airports of Alicante, Granada or Malaga. The cheapest flight connections, sometimes only 20 euros each way, are generally to Malaga. Rental cars are very cheap to get at these airports (if pre-booked over the internet).

La casa goza de unas vistas maravillosas y es un buen reflejo del anuncio y las fotos. No obstante, tiene un gran problema con el mal drenaje de las duchas de los baños. No hay drenaje y enseguida se inunda la pila de la ducha y el suelo del baño lo cual es muy desagradable y sucio. En ocasiones revierte del inodoro. Sin comentarios.
