This contemporary Three-bedroom two bathroom apartment is furnished to a high standard that offers excellent natural light and breath taking views from its massive terrace.
The property comprises a spacious lounge with ample seating and sliding patio doors leading onto the terrace with a large dining table and chairs for that alfresco dining, a seating area, and sun loungers.
The main bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower and window there is a king-size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and patio doors leading onto the terraces as does the second bedroom with two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed with a window.
The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar and stools and comes fully equipped with an oven & hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.
There is a communal pool and lifts within the complex.
The property is on an elevated position and you can walk to the beach and bars/restaurants but it would be advisable to have a car. The property is located close to a golf course for those keen golfers.
