VILLA LOS REMOS SEAVIEW

Bright semi-detached house with sea views, located in a magnificent urbanization of 18 houses 100 meters from the beach. Surface of the house of 200 square meters with access to the gardens and the community pool a few meters.

On the ground floor with access from the garden, it has a large living room with access to a porch with barbecue. The kitchen has all appliances, a large pantry and a large backyard with dining table. Both have furniture with tables with a minimum capacity for 8 people. There is a toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has two large beds of 105x200 cm, a terrace overlooking the town of Mojácar, a balcony and a large and complete bathroom en suite. There are two other bedrooms in the same room, one with double bed 160x200 cm and another with two large beds 105x200 cm, both with balconies overlooking the beautiful garden and the sea. On the upper floor there is another large bathroom.

The house has central heating with natural gas, air conditioning with heat pump and fireplace with cassette in the living room. Free WIFI.

On the lower floor there is a garage with space for 1 or 2 cars, a double bedroom with full bathroom and a storage room.

Guests can enjoy the wonderful garden and two community pools, one for children and one for adults.

Beautiful home
The photis do not do this property justice. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The hosts could not have been more helpful and welcoming, and the welcome gift in the fridge was very well received. Would definately recommend. Location perfect, not a bad word tonsay x

Great House
We rented this very comfortable house for the month of May. There was plenty of room for our group of seven adults. The house has four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. All linens and towels are included. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with a large pantry, a dining room and a living room. The balcony in the back was a great place to sit, play games and drink a beer on sunny afternoons. The patio in the front with a view of the Med sea and the beautiful bougainvillea's and the meticulously manicured gardens is perfect for a cup of cafe con leche in the morning or a BBQ in the evening. We used the built-in BBQ several times. There are many great restaurants and a shopping center within 5 minutes walking distance. We highly recommend this house. The owner, Anneli and Cristina are great to work with! Joseph California 06/11/23

Pleasant House, Good Views, Excellent Host.
This is a really pleasant house in a well maintained, small and friendly urbanisation. the front of the house boasts a sea view and has a good sized patio area overlooking the gardens and pool. It is a 2 minute walk to local bars and restaurants plus the beach. The "parc commercial" is a 10 minute walk away.The house was cool and had four good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a further WC. The host was excellent in her communication and was eager to ensure everything was ok - which it was. I would recommend this house and next time we visit Mojacar it will be top of our shopping list to stay here again,

From start to finish the whole experience was perfect.From communication with the delightful owners everything was as stated.The property is well maintained, deceptively large and spacious with everything you need, the gardens are beautiful,the pool is clean and its very peaceful .Its a short walk down hill (approx 150 mtrs) to the local beach and about 1km to large supermarket, with a shorter walk to a small local s/market.I personaly think a car would open up the holiday experience but not essential as buses run along the sea front road regularly. Overall I would highly recommend this property, we had a great family holiday of mixed ages and it suited everyone.

Perfection in Mojacar
Myself and my partner stayed here 28th December 2021-15th March 2022. If anybody is considering a long term stay, especially in winter I would highly recommend this property. The morning and nights can be cool at this time of the year, we had central heating throughout, the house warmed up within minutes, we were never cold, listening to others who escaped the UK winters we were certainly the lucky ones to have heating. Must be an even more magical place during the summer months. We wanted for nothing, the decor is delightful, the beds are comfortable, the showers are great, fabulous house to have friends round for dinner as everything you need is there. Area ideal, the busy part of the Playa is approx 4.5 KM away-lovely walk, or 10 mins by bus- bus stop few minutes walk from the house. I could go on forever with this review because I made the property my home, cared for it, pottered around and felt very happy to be there, met lots of lovely people in the local restaurants and just was happy to be part of a safe and vibrant community. Last but not least are the hosts what a pleasure to deal with, Anneli and Lois were communicative, kind and helpful, Louis even visited the house and bought us a shopping trolley when he knew we hadn't got a car (OUR CHOICE) (main supermarkets 10 min walk by the sea !!) with new trolley-perfect !! Anneli visited us on our last day and anything we needed prior, during and after our stay-I left my necklace, Anneli found it, has collected it and left it at a friends house for me to bring back to UK -says it all really- Thank you Anneli and Louis, I wish many people who stay in your house happy holidays ...

The property was very good, it was in an ideal location, close the beach, bars and restaurants, unfortunately we were massively affected by the Coronavirus and had to cut short our stay by 10 weeks, but the time we spent there was enjoyable. We would book the property again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Anneli. Cette villa est très spacieuse, conforme à sa description, tout confort et en plus décorée avec goût. Bien située on peut aussi bien aller à la plage à pied ou au restaurant ou profiter de la piscine de la résidence qui est bien entretenue. Anneli est disponible et soucieuse du bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous avons été ravis de la rencontrer ! En résumé, nous reviendrons certainement à Mojacar où il fait bon vivre ! Merci Anneli !😃

Wonderful house for a fantastic vacation
We rented the house for 3 weeks as a family of 7. The house is spacious and you will find everything you need. The pool is nice and it’s a short walk to the beach, shops and chiringuitos. The airco’s did their job and the garage for the car was very useful. Anneli and her husband welcomed us as well as the other residents. Our kids loved the clubs in Mojacar. We really enjoyed our family holiday and hopefully we will return next year.

Het was voor ons de eerste keer om eens wat langer in de winter weg te gaan, dit is ons zeer goed bevallen. Volgende keer langer. Zowel het huis als de omgeving was naar het zin, en de begeleiding hiervan was geweldig. Ook waren we heel blij met de geweldig comfortabele bedden ( matrassen). De omgeving was heerlijk rustig in deze tijd van het jaar ,wat wij heerlijk vonden. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig.

L'un de nos meilleurs séjours en 40 ans de voyages !!
Comment commencer à faire l’éloge de cette maison et de nos rapports avec la propriétaire?!! Nous connaissons bien Mojacar pour y avoir travaillé et habité pendant 7 ans – il y a 7 ans : nous revenons maintenant en vacances pour profiter du soleil et revoir de vieux amis. Le bel appartement que nous avions loué l’an dernier allait malheureusement être occupé cette année et c’est par hasard que nous sommes tombés sur la maison d’Anneli. De suite, nous nous sommes rendu compte de son excellente situation : très calme et quand même tout près de la plage pour faire la promenade ou la baignade (en novembre !), à quelques pas notre restaurant préféré (Ilario’s Imperial !) et le Parque Comercial à équidistance dans l’autre direction (tout plein de boutiques, supermarché, services, des cafés, etc…) La maison en soi est spacieuse – surtout comparé avec le reste à Mojacar – avec tout plein de rangement, tous les conforts imaginables, ombragée quand le soleil plombe mais douillette quand il se cache, 2 terrasses, 4 balcons, un vrai garage, le jardin évoque les cartes postales, il y a une salle commune avec un table de ping-pong à coté. Les lits sont immenses et super confortables, le mobilier de bon gout et touts les détails de la décoration aussi : on s’y sent tellement bien de suite ! Si Anneli n’est pas là, Cristobal est un amour avec une réponse à toutes vos questions. Mais même quand Anneli ne peut être là, elle est disponible au téléphone ou par internet. Il était très important pour nous d’avoir une excellente connexion internet et elle s’en ait occupée pour nous. De sorte que maintenant nous espèrons sincèrement que cette maison sera disponible lors de notre prochain séjour à Mojacar – sinon il nous faudra ajuster nos dates pour qu’elle le soit !!
