Bedbugs a horrible experience and a terrible night
I started scratching myself, 5mins later felt something crawling on me I look around its bedbugs, I went to the front desk showed them the videos of bedbugs in my bed, I ask them move me in another room, they told me I can get a refund or go back in the same room with the bedbugs🤔remind people it’s 2am where am I supposed to go with no car, I said refund they gave me my security deposit and told me I’ll get a refund in 2-3days, what if I didn’t have money left to afford another room with extra cost fortunately I had a few extra dollars, but I had to walk 9 blocks to get to the next hotel, I spent a extra 30$ after hours, they didn’t accommodate me for having to leave at 2am and pay extra money for a different hotel, they didn’t say sorry or offer any type of compensation for their bedbugs, I couldn’t get the proper rest for work I had to miss work because I was tired, Best western had bedbugs and I had to suffer because of their lack of care, If the other hotel didn’t let me book late for some extra money I would have had to sleep in the lobby possibly stuck outside in the cold or either get in the same bed with the bugs was my options,No accommodations no remorse I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there the customer service was terrible, they need to create a policy for these types of situations, it wasn’t my fault bedbugs were present but ME THE PAYING CUSTOMER HAD TO SUFFER WHICH WAS UNFAIR AND INCONSIDERATE!!!!

For a quick one or two night stay, it’s the perfect property. Nothing fancy. It’s just a place to pit your head down after a long day. Looking for an extended stay and place to gather people or lounge around, not at all ideal. No elevators. Property is 2 floors. Limited staff. Assistance is limited. Not the best BW I have stayed.

Had a great stay, staff helpful. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Reasonable priced. The only reason I marked down on condition was there was work being done on the walls of the breakfast area.

The carpet in the hallways was absolutely horrible and dirty. The entire facility could use a make over. Lobby was decent, our room was okay but the bed was uncomfortable.

The towels were left and the bed was not made up from the previous day, only the drapes were open. Re: Direct TV service too many options and trying to find local stations took too much searching. Breakfast was mediocre.
