3 bedroom, two bathroom house fully equipped large kitchen, extensive lounge

This two storey home offers sensational views over Molong and the surrounding district. Beautiful North facing panorama. Great base from which to explore the district. 3 bedrooms upstairs (one with ensuite) and 1 bedroom downstairs with bathroom and kitchenette. Cot and or toddler bed available. Desk and workspace also available. Open Living space with comfortable seating. Modern Kitchen with all amenities. Large garden, Eastern facing verandah. Reverse cycle heating and cooling. As the space is a two storey house, there is a set of internal stairs as well as the front entrance stairs. Full access is available at the upper level from the carport at the rear of the house. We pride ourselves in presenting a beautiful home and know that guests will treat it with the love and respect it deserves. Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Guests will be given complete privacy. We will however be on hand to answer any queries or as needed. Andy loves to share his extensive knowledge of the area. One covered car park with access from the rear of the house (in Lee St).

Memorable Molong
As a party of 5, we found the home to be clean, spacious and well equipped. There are various living spaces so you can spread out and not feel like you're living on top of each other, or gather together in front of the fire or on the sunny deck. There were a few little maintenance issues but nothing that impacted too much on our stay. Easy walk into town but the short, steep hill coming back gets the heart rate up. The gardens are simply beautiful and the view over the town and beyond is stunning. All the essentials are provided to make your stay comfortable, and a few extras like fresh honey, peanut butter and eggs from the host's farm. Definitely recommended as a great spot to explore the local area.

Country Bliss
We had the best stay at Sandy's place. The house was totally stunning, clean and beautiful. Sandy left lots of little homely touches. We loved lounging in the sun, reading books and watching our daughters play. The location is central to town and close to neighbouring villages. We had the best stay and hope to return one day.

Luxury for our Family History Trip
We only had 1 night here but we felt we could have stayed longer. Not just for the luxury of the home but the location too, close to the town centre & the town view from lounge room was awesome. Everything you need is here! We were doing a family history holiday. Sandy & Andy were such a lovely couple who went above & beyond our expectations to assist us in our search.
