Old property needs renovation especially bathrooms. Shower not functioning correctly. Food is very mediocre, not so much of the beach On the plus Beautiful pools all 3 of them,really nice staff and great service, fresh coconuts from the tree, good water aerobics and great dance performances by the team. Staff and service were top notch, the overall experience was wonderful, rooms need a little updating, but the staff attention more than made up for any small issues. Outdated but also neglected. Some of the worst service I have experienced. Wrong room allocation. Rotten meat served at dinner. Rusted fridges in rooms, doors that don’t lock, Aircons that don’t work. Sagging mattresses and old beds. Poor lighting in the room. Forgotten packed breakfasts. Really bad all round. The welcome is great but once you get your room card the nightmare begins. NEVER AGAIN.
