Area where you can find all amenities within 5 minutes walk: supermarket, gas station, bakery, butcher etc.
The beaches are also 5 minutes walk as well as their restaurants
The train station is a 2 minute walk away.
You will have access to all the accommodation. It should be noted that parking is available at the bottom of the building. It is an open parking space only for you
Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
You will love this apartment for its proximity to the Carnolès train station which allows you to easily travel to the surrounding towns of Menton and Monaco, for its simple and warm decoration and for its sea view terrace.
The beaches are also a few minutes walk from the apartment as well as all the shops
