nos parecio un sitio espectacular,muy bien cuidado,superlimpio, el personal muy agradable,es un sitio en el que parece que el tiempo se para porque hay mucha paz.y luego esta el monasterio,habian tres franciscanos en la calle y fueron muy amables

Hice una reserva con ustedes y al llegar, el hotel estaba cerrado.Ustedes se desentendieron y me tuve que buscar yo la vida...(Cambien de aplicación, como es posible confirmar una reserva estando el hotel cerrado??) Yo me dedico a la hostelería y no había visto esto en mi vida..
