Apartment located on the second floor of a building with stunning views of the Gulf of Tugullio and 6 km from Moneglia. Access to the apartment by means of an external staircase, from the balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view. At the back of the house there is a small terrace for your outdoor meals. Ideal location to visit the nearby Val di Vara, the sandy beaches of Baia delle Favole and Baia del Silenzio in Sestri Levante (12 km), Santa Margherita Ligure (36 km) and Portofino (41 km). The Cinque Terre can be reached either by train, by car or by boats (from Moneglia/ July and August). In Moneglia you will find bathing establishments, typical restaurants, bars, a beautiful promenade along the sea and picturesque inland paths. From Easter to October the concerts season takes place in the Oratory of San Giorgio and there are weekly markets that wind through the ancient streets of the village. For sports enthusiasts there is the possibility of climbing and diving tours, sport fishing, boat rentals, bike tours on marked trails. The apartment opposite is ILL764. On request and for a fee, the following additional services are available: family excursions with tastings in Genoa, excursions to Cinque Terre, Riviera di Levante, Portofino and San Fruttuoso, urban trekking in Genoa or naturalistic excursions to Cinque Terre and Portofino, excursions to Noli and Finalborgo, horseback riding, boat excursions, food personal shopper, private transfer, motorboat and dinghy rental, car rental or private driver. Idyllische Umgebung! Toller Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer , ruhig ! Bis auf die Hähne die
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben! Bis auf den Balkon der zwar schön ist mit tollen Blick ! Der aber an den Nachbarbalkon grenzt ! Ohne sichtschutz ! In unserem Fall kein Problem da die Nachbarn sehr angenehm und nett waren !
