Our home can accommodate up to 7 persons in one double bedroom (with extra trundle bed) and one quadruple bedroom (double bed and a bunk bed).

Both bedrooms offer wardrobes and the one bedrooms has access to a lovely balcony. There is an open space living room with two sofas, TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances. Winter time visitors can stay cosy around the marble and granite fireplace.

The dining table and chairs can accommodate up to six persons. Kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and espresso maker are all available.

There is one main bathroom with hydromassage shower cabin offering an extra touch of luxury. Towels, shampoo, soap are provided. All areas are air conditioned.

The flat has access to a beautiful roofed balcony for total daydreaming and relaxation overlooking the big blue. There is a sitting and dining area ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just reading your book on the comfy sun loungers.

Strategically located on Karavostasi beach and next to the popular Plytra beach or close to many famous beaches of Southern Peloponnese, 34km from the scenic castle town of Monemvasia and 34km from Elafonisos island with its famous exotic crystal blue waters.

The house is conveniently located on the seaside village of Karavostasi where you can find two tavernas and one cafe. At the nearby town of Plytra you can find a wide range of shops, restaurants, and services as the town becomes popular in the summer months attracting visitors who wish to enjoy its wonderful blue flagged beach.

-Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
