Was given a room on the high floor and the room is bigger than the last stay, seems to have given us a free upgrade. However, the self check-in process using the robot was slow and tedious and the room cards were not properly coded - was unable to scan in the lift when we went up to the room, hence got to make a trip down to the front desk for the staff recode the cards.

2nd time staying at this hotel, quiet rooms, comfortable bed, big rooms. Very convenient and safe location. This hotel has everything that you will need, bus stop to different parts of Hk, and connected to mtr as well as big shopping mall with both local and international brands. First day arriving in Hk was T8, and majority of shops in HK were closing early until next day. But since it’s connected to both mall and mtr, some shops inside the mall was still running so I didn’t have to go outside at all, was able to still buy food, there’s a supermarket, and even watch a movie at the cinemas at 11pm.

Modern hotel with the best location!
This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel this year. Loved that this is in the middle of the convenient area-MongKok. This hotel is linked to MTR (Subway system) and connected to the mall. If you wish, it is within walkable distance to the outside market and street, to get a feel of where locals shop and live. Plenty of great shoppings and restaurants and even local food stalls. Will be back next time in HK!!

A perfect stay away from home
The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.

Had an Enjoyable stay hotel well positioned for MTR and on a shopping centre nice pool and gym facilities Some furnishings in the rooms were a little worn but bathroom looked new Would recommend a stay

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Arrived soaking wet at the reception- and nobody seemed to care or notice my presence. Receptionists were 15 minutes in the phone, another one was dealing with customer for such a long time I got upset. Room was really small. For 3 adults you are constantly on each other’s toes. Small wardrobe. Bath nice size. Bathtub could use a nice scrub. The whole establishment could use a lick of paint and thorough cleaning. Convenient location. Swimming pool and jacuzzi off limits due to typhoon warnings. Not enough lounge beds. Room service and housekeeping really good. Disappointed. (

This hotel is in a very convenient location, right in the heart of Mong Kok. It’s right above the MOKO Mall and downstairs is the East Mong Kok MTR (light blue line). You can take train on this line to go to Shenzhen, China. Or you can walk about 10 minutes to Mong Kok MTR and go down to Tsim Sha Tsui. We caught the A21 bus outside the airport and got off at Nathan Rd. It was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We could’ve caught the AirPort Express and MTR but that would’ve meant 2-3 interchanges which would’ve been too hard with young children. The bus ride was about 50 minutes. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. My son was not well and the staff ensured our bed linen was changed every day. Lots of shopping and food options close by. The pool was quite long too so my son was able to swim proper laps. One small criticism was the shower which everyone needed to go through before taking a dip in the pool. This makes sense for people swimming but not for spectators like me just there to watch the kids. It meant that I got wet every time I took my kids to the pool.
