I like everything about this hotel, with the slight exception of the air conditioning. If they can fix the fan problem, this would be the perfect stay in Hong Kong. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel. Good value !

except for not able to early check in especially for business trip which might loss half a day in meeting ( while some other hotels could check in around 11.30am). THe service and the property did worth the money I pay. Good for family trip and I have booked again next month for my family stay.

We love the hotel location and the staffs are super nice! It's right next to the Moko mall with lots of dinning option and shopping available. Our room has two queen size bed and it's pretty spacious compared with typically Hong Kong hotel room.

Loved that the hotel was connected to Moko shopping centre and Mong Kok MRT. Super convenient to get to shops, transport and walking distance to Mong Kok area. Facilities were great as we enjoyed the pool area a lot. We had the family room, and Staff were also attentive and prompt with cleaning our room and it was very clean spacious and modern. Overall we loved our stay here and would come back again!

We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Hong Kong. This hotel is so convenient for everything. I guess this hotel has been in business for many years and it requires some maintenance work. We heard some noise from the work as early as 6:30 am even we were staying the rooms at the 9 floor. This is a bit too early in my opinion.

1, Housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. The problem is with the housekeeping management. They called or knocked on the door to see if the housekeeper has done her job. It became disturbing when it happens, and it happened. 2, I wish there's a proper smoking area.

excellent location attached to MTR, very clean!

The bathroom was spa like, and the room was always clean. Very comfortable beds. This was one of the hotels that we found in the location we were looking for that had QUEEN beds. Also this hotel was attached to the MOKO mall, which made it very very convenient for connecting to MTR. Unfortunately durning our stay it was raining and typhoon, so we didnt get to try the pool. We did have an amazing massage service though, so when we went down for the massage we saw that the gym facilities are very clean and looked high end.

Great location, we loved all the options we had for lunch, dinner and shopping, it was great being right next door to a famous mall. It was super easy to take the metro or train, because it was walking distance too. The staff at the hotel was very kind and professional. We really enjoyed our stay.
