"The standard of the front desk and bell staffs maintain an excellent standard. The harbor view of the room was very nice, although the sound period was a bit poor. We could hear the sound from the adjacent room."

"It’s a very conveniently located hotel, few seconds walk from Yau Ma Tei station, few minutes to the busy Mong Kok area. The rooms are clean and the staff are very polite. The bath/shower could do with an upgrade (it uses a shower curtain which doesn’t prevent water going onto the floor). The twin/double rooms include many plug sockets as well as USB sockets. Little things that could be improved is the provision of cutlery/spoons for the in-room kettle, rather than a wooden stirrer. "

"The hotel could not be in a better location for a tourist. It is just steps away from the harbour promenade, the ferry to Hong Kong and to the MRT. The only housekeeping they do is pick up garbage daily and even this was not done every day in my room. Would like a bit more be done, at least to pick up the towels daily if left on the counter. Book a harbour view room - it is worth it to see the light show every night"
