The Villa is made out of the Main home, also referred to as Casa Padronale; a Trullo; a cottage house, also referred as “Lamie”, and finally 3 stalls.
The Casa Padronale was founded in the first half of the 19th century and welcomes an ample living area with kitchen and fireplace; two Master bedrooms and a bathroom with a refined vintage styled bathtub.
Hereafter, we find the Trullo hosting a bedroom, a wardrobe underneath an alcove and a furnished bathroom with shower.
In the Lamia, we can find a modern room where you can enjoy moments of relax and leisure, equipped with TV, Video games for all ages, where it is possible to make up 6 sleeps in a variety of ways.
Finally, the last area, composed by 3 ex stalls, finely restructured, resulting into 3 welcoming Master Bedroom suites, each include an ensuite furnished bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area welcomes various living areas surrounded by green grass and embellished by the mediterranean vegetation and vintage outdoor furnishing with a 70s Rimini theme.
The ample changing room, outdoor showers, laundry and storage area contribute to making the Villa more accommodating with various comforts.
