When we arrived, the room was not convincingly cleaned. The toilet had "debris" stuck to the inside, there was a pillow with a group of long dark hairs on the pillow case (on the made up bed) and none of us have long or dark hair. We threw the pillow to the corner and immediately checked the mattress for any wildlife. There was also no remote for the TV in the room, had to go to the desk to ask for one. There was also no TV channel guide that we could find in the room or on the TV, which made the little tv we watched somewhat cumbersom. The continental breakfast was ok, and the pool area was ok. We have stayed here before, but seems to have declined a little since last time in Dec 2023.

You get what you pay for.
We booked a 2 queen suite for an incredible price but... You get what you pay for. The room was dated and tired looking. The furniture was old, stained and uncomfortable. The shower and bathroom mirror should have been more thoroughly cleaned. The comforter on one bed was stained, possibly not washed. The beds were not very comfortable either. Staff was very friendly though! We didn't try breakfast.
