Country living! Full 2 acre pond within100 feet from the Ponderous. The pond is stocked with large mouth bass, catfish, and sunfish! Huge bonfire pit with wood included. Plenty of parking space for pickup trucks and fishing boats & boat trailers. Beautiful views from the living room and a second story balcony that you’ll absolutely love! Jefferson recreational center is walking distance and has an indoor track, fitness center, indoor racquetball, indoor Olympic size swimming pool, saunas, as well as a full sized basketball court! Only a mile from Lake Erie and just over 3 miles to Sterling State Park. 3 bedrooms, two king beds, and one full bed. One full bath and kitchen No events or parties allowed. We will be opening the Ponderosa up to deer hunting October first. Through rifle season in November.
