Great stay even while they renovating
We encountered a couple of issues but they were addressed by the hotel on check out. The hotel was perfectly located in the pedestrian village and was an easy walk to everything. Recommend the valet parking as it was cheaper than the public parking lot. The restaurant was amazing and you get a $15 credit every time you dine there.

Very nice and comfy hotel
It was a great day. The nicest thing was the quality of the people who work there. Very nice and eager to help. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The only thing where the renovations is taking place which made it a little bit ugly at the entrance and by the Jacuzzi, we were not worn at the time of making the reservation that there would be renovations taking place. But in any case it is a very nice hotel where we would happily go back anytime.

Overall had a “good” stay at the Westin. But the property is in desperate need of renovation. They’re indeed working on it. But because of the reno there are places inaccesible (lobby, bar, etc). The room was spacious but seriously dated and not in great condition. Might consider coming back when it’s entirely renovated. But right now it felt expensive for what we got.

We were there for our 10th year anniversary. Arrived on Sunday AM, went for a hike, came back around 3:30 so the room wasn’t ready cause it wasn’t 4 yet. We decided to use the pool and jacuzzi meanwhile, but the gyms restroom was closed so we had to get changed in the lobby’s bathroom and then walk to the pool. There was nowhere to put our clothes so they gave us a garbage bags and asked to bring it along with us by the pool…. Relaxing in the jacuzzi was a nice seesaw going on, construction for a pergola right beside us, not very relaxing.. but the worse was the service offered by the lady at the lobby; Chelsea Patterson. She seemed pretty careless, was cold and seemed annoyed with our questions. The other younger lady was nice. The overall stay was Ok cause the room was amazing. But after trying the holiday inn, the fairmont, tour des voyageurs and now Westin, as much as I enjoyed the room and the jaccuzi, I was VERY disappointed with the service, the lady making us seem like we bothered her and weren’t welcome. Especially for the price we pay…

Convenient location and toom was comfortable. Check in wait was long as no employees were present at the front desk. Check out receipt had restaurant charges that weren't ours, in addition to displaying the charge for the room that was already prepaid via Hotels.com. The front desk gave us wrong info about the pool service hours. I didn't feel the experience of a Marriot hotel.

2 night stay during fall. Good location on edge of pedestrian area. Reasonably short (uphill) walk to main lifts. Hotel refurbishment in progress but not intrusive.
