The perfect getaway
We had the best time here! It was beautifully decorated & had everything we needed. The heated floors were an absolute bonus! We were close to delicious restaurants and more importantly right next to the ocean. The alpacas across the street were so cute too! We can’t wait to go back!!

Great location, cute place
I love this property and will continue to rent it. The outdoor yard space is great as well, and the communication process is easy. This is my second stay here. My only complaint this time was that the floor had not been mopped prior to my arrival and was quite dirty. I think it was just overlooked, the rest of the property was very clean. Please consider getting some blinds for the back sliding door.

Really, really nice!
This was exactly what I was looking for, fenced back yard with green grass and bark chips for our pups. House is very, very cute and well maintained. Nice residential area to walk and lots of restaurants in the Half Moon Bay area. We did have problems getting in using the keypad but was able to reach someone right away and after trying a few times, they sent someone over to get us in. The only negative issue for me was phone service. I have Verizon (which could have been the problem) and could not make calls inside the house even with their WIFI, or using my data. Outside the calls kept dropping.

We loved our stay! Everything was above and beyond what we expected from the cozy blankets to the super comfy bed, heated bathroom floor, fully functional kitchen. All within a walk to Montara beach where my daughter had a beach volleyball tournament. Also nice backyard space if we had brought our dog which we didn’t this stay. Can’t wait to book again!

Great little house in a great location
First of all, communication was fabulous, I had everything I needed to check in and check out, and the property managers were not intrusive at all. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained. It had everything you could want and more. The location is two blocks from great hiking trails and it was so wonderful to bring my dogs, I will definitely rent this property again.

A perfect place for a weekend getaway with hubby and my Japanese Chins. The only suggestion is to reduce the bottom gate space between the Verbo yard and the neighbors yard. My dogs are small and could have easily slipped underneath to neighbors yard. I had to place table benches on there side against gate to cover.space.

We had a great stay, the only reason we gave it 4 stars was because there was a "ring/ automatic light camera" in the backyard. There were no shades or covering for the doors that lead to the backyard. it felt like we were being watched thru the back doors. Also, no blinds on windows,or no screen doors! Hard to open and let fresh air in without the bugs flying in the house. However, house was very nice and clean. Quiet location and you can actually see the beach and hear the waves!

Best vacation we’ve had in years
It was my first time in California and my husband and I had an amazing time in Montara. The house was clean and extremely well equipped. We cooked great meals on the BBQ, walked to the beach, enjoyed the local restaurants and had great day trips to Big Sur and San Francisco. This house is a gem and we will be back!
