Booked room arrived before 8 p.m as we were hungry we went into the restaurant ( in the compound )first having clocked the check in screen outside ! At 8.30 ish we proceeded to try and check in and the outside computer had been disconnected .We phoned all the emergency phone numbers . The platform also tried to phone the numbers to no avail. I live in the road and have stayed at this chain often .This one is a disgrace to the brand . Confronted the receptionist the next morning and she played dumb

Disappointed with the service
Although I informed them that we would be arriving after their reception had closed (flight time) as requested and they emailed instructions on how to get in, it all went pear shaped when the machine didn't work! A kind couple let us into the foyer but as we didn't have a 'phone with us, the emergency no was no use. Another gentleman (Spanish, who came downstairs for a cigarette) kindly used his 'phone to contact the number and we eventually learnt how to access our room. Apparently the girl on reception had tried to telephone us about the problem - this was no use as we were in transit. Not a satisfactory outcome considering it was 10:00pm and we were travel weary. We left early at 7:00am having decided not to take breakfast. Would not stay in this type of hotel (with no 24/7 reception) again. Certainly not vfm.

Très bon accueil, parking pratique à l’entrée de l’hôtel, le personnel a été charmant à l’arrivée et au petit déjeuner. Nous avons seulement signalé qu’il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes par personne dans les chambres. Il y a un restaurant juste à côté de l’hôtel très pratique.

Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner excellent avec un tarif raisonnable . Nous réservons toujours dans cet hôtel quand nous venons rendre visite aux enfants, nous préférons faire 15 mn de route et avoir un confort. Qualité prix 👍

Cet ancien Ibis dont j'avais un très mauvais souvenir a été bien repris en main ; maintenant les chambres sont confortables , propres, l'accueil est bon . J'y reviendrai sûrement .

Vraiment pas terrible
De passage pour un séjour professionnelle, l'endroit n'est vraiment pas accueillant, hormis les filles de la reception qui sont très souriant, l'environement est d'une froideur énorme. Les femmes qui font le ménage à l'étage, n'ont aucun respect pour les clients, elles braillent des le matin, impossible de dormir ou même de travailler avec le bruit qu'elles font, c'est très désagreable.
