As a season renter and a VRBO host. Here is my feedback.
PROS
Great location, nice shower, nice kitchen, nice TV (but only one), nice ottomans, near Navy Road Pier, which is excellent for fishing, and parking at the house was great.
The host was very nice and helpful.
CONS
The host lives on premises; this is not in the description. The description also says, cottage, but I would describe this rental as an Apartment attached to the host. There is a private door, however, the owner and family have to pass your "private" door daily to leave their side of the home. We could not enjoy opening the front door or windows to get a breeze, when the weather was wonderful, because every time someone walked by, our yorkie would not stop barking. There is a screen on the door, however, it is a walk-through screen with magnets, not great for a pet. The bedroom is extremely small, you have to climb into the bed from the foot of the bed, there is no space on either side to access the bed. My husband then tried to utilize the pull-out couch, however, the mattress was not acceptable, which resulted in us leaving a day early. There is a small yard, however, to access the yard, you have to walk around the front of the house and go through a fence to access the grill and chairs.
