Villa Beaumont
Villa Beaumont is a beautiful modern villa in Southern France with heated private pool and Jacuzzi for 4 people and a baby. Beaumont is situated on a hill and offers a fantastic view over the rolling hills. There is an enclosed garden of no less than 6 acres.
Interior
This holiday home in the Dordogne region dates back to 2009 and is very comfortable (underfloor heating) and fully furnished. In entire house is wifi available.
The living room with fireplace has a spacious sitting area. Adjacent to the open kitchen is a large dining table with a great view on two sides.
The kitchen of Beaumont is well equipped and fitted with an induction hob, oven / grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, herbs and spices and cleaning products are provided. The utility room has a washer and dryer..
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Beaumont has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
The master bedroom is 16 m2. There is a large linen closet and a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. Adjacent to this bedroom is a spacious bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a toilet.
The other bedroom is 11 m2 and has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm. There is a small wardrobe. Next tot he bedroom is a small bathroom with a sink and a large shower. There is a separate toilet.
Outdoors
Around the house you find several terraces, where always either sun or shade is available. There is also a spacious veranda facing west with Weber BBQ and a large dining table from where you can enjoy the beautifil sunsets. The location of the villa provides total privacy around the pool and the Jacuzzi. The pool is 9 to 4.5 meters and has (light) salt water instead of chlorine. Adjacent is the spacious jacuzzi. Around the pool are sunbeds and deck chairs.
Surroundings
The nearest village with all amenities is Issigeac, three kilometers away. Here you find all the basic amenities such as restaurants, bakery, butcher, bank, pharmacy and various other shops such as a wine specialty store and gas station.
Bergerac is the 'big' place nearby, fourteen kilometers to the northwest. There are also the larger supermarkets. Bergerac has its own airport which is only a fifteen minute drive.

Magnifique villa et environnement
L’environnement est magnifique, le placement de la villa est très bien situer sans compter la piscine et le jacuzzi. La maison est tout équipé juste des courses sont utile donc cela facilite le séjour. L’accueil est magnifique et toujours disponible en cas de question et de petit soucis. Pour finir la vue dans le jacuzzi est magnifique est apaisant avec aucun vis à vis et dormir en toute tranquillité. Merci à Sandrine on pense à vous !

Très beau séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce havre de paix, aux prestations extraordinaires. Le panorama pour observer le coucher de soleil est exceptionnel, la piscine est grande, et le jacuzzi très sympa. Nous recommandons cet endroit à 100%.
