Basically a good stay
Nice place to stay. Rooms are small but clean. Right next to great executive golf course with great restaurant. Toilet didn’t flush very well and raccoons overturned garbage every night so there was a mess until staff arrived for work but we could live with that

Who’s covering the desk?
We did not enjoy our stay, as a mater of fact we stayed at another hotel. I was super disappointed. No one at the desk and no one could be reached on the phone. There were workers but none of them spoke English. We really loved staying in the past but probably will not book again. Still had to pay:(

No tv, no service
We called at 7pm to let hotel know our tv didn't work. Was told someone would get back to us. No call. Called again at 8 and was told the same. Tried to get the direct number to manager and would not be given. No call all night. We spent the night without tv and very disappointed. No offer to compensate upon leaving.

We've driven by every time we visit the area, so we thought we would check it out this time. The staff welcomed us very well, the pool was great, and the room was comfy though sparse. The overall motel itself is quite rundown; as many places on the road nowadays, it needs a good upgrade. But it was pleasant to stay there.

I love the layout and nostalgic motor lodge feel. Beds are super-comfy, excellent bakery cafe just across the way. Peaceful stay.

Loved the area and trees around quiet . My room the overhead light above the bed didn’t work. And the rug between the bed was a trip hazard maybe have the slip grip underneath it but overall clean and comfortable & the bathroom door a little hard to close

Casa Secoya was lovely, but very loud neighbors staying in the rooms surrounding ours kept us up late then woke us up early. The walls are too thin for a family and dog friendly hotel. But the room was clean and nice! Easy to get to the hotel and lots of parking.

This property was definitely not as advertised. It is very old and in need of repair. There are signs all over the place put up by the health department stating that certain areas (deck/stairs) should not be used because they are unsafe. There were no hotel staff to answer the phone and the office was never open, so you could get no assistance with anything. I would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone.

Cabin was not as pictured in listing. Back porch was not accessible, under construction for our entire stay. We had no warning of this prior to our visit. Bathroom door was jamming. We got stuck several times. Luckily, we had other people in the cabin. No coffee machine as indicated. I asked for one, but didn’t receive a response.

i’m really not happy about being double charged. hotel said they were supposed to charge the virtual card hotels.com sent them but they charged my card. was told customer service would reach out but i haven’t heard back and it’s the end of the day. I would appreciate this being resolved as I’m out $150. also the room wasn’t ready until almost an hour after check in and fridge didn’t work everything else was great.
