1 bedroom 900 sqr ft spacious condo in a secure gated community across from the natural beach. Close to public transport. About 15 minutes drive from downtown Montego Bay and 20-25 minutes drive from the airport if no traffic in town. Great amenities including 24 hour security, pool, gym, laundry, fully equipped kitchen.
Very relaxing quiet residential complex. The condo has a lot of storage place and all new appliances. There is a private backyard to enjoy coffee/meal. There is a nice salt water swimming pool, gym and kids playground.
The beach across the street is an unattended wild beach not maintained or supervised by anyone.
Water, electricity and internet disruptions/outages are not rare in Jamaica. We don't have a backup water tank/generator/internet. There are bottles of water at the apartment in case if water disruption occurs. That water is not for drinking.
According to the community security protocol IDs of all guests and their visitors have to be presented at the gate for records and admission to the property. IDs are recorded electronically and by written registry. Providing the first and last names of yourselves and your guests/visitors in advance is mandatory. This information will be forwarded to the security guard, as non-authorized visitors are not allowed into the complex.
Absolutely no early check ins/late check outs, no luggage drop off/luggage keeping after check out. If early check in is feasible, the cost is $30 USD per early check-in (as early as 1:00 pm Jamaican local time). Unapproved late check-outs are $50 USD until noon and $100 USD after noon.
Smoking is allowed at the patio.
Chefs are not allowed on the property.
Eating and drinking in the bed and bedroom are strictly prohibited.
Our property has a maximum occupancy of 4 people, including both registered guests and visitors - we don't allow more than 4 individuals in total at any given time.
