This resort was amazing. Beautiful views, fun entertainment, amazing food, & wonderful staff. The only thing i didnt like was the drinks were very watered down. Other than that i would highly recommend.

Where do I start! I miss everyone at the Hilton Rose Hall so so much! I traveled to Jamaica to celebrate my birthday and you all were phenomenal. I’m getting emotional just writing this because I miss you all so much! The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was something to do every night! This resort was the place to be! The manager, Dennis, went about be and beyond! He made us feel not only like VIP, but also like family. He and a few other really outstanding staff including our housekeeper, quiet pool waitress (Angela white), made the stay extraordinary!

The hotel is very outdated. Our room leaked and our baby fell. When I told the front desk about the issue a very rude manager told me the room is fine. The food in the buffet restaurant was horrible. Very few options and almost everything spicy. In the evening the host would choose who to sit outside. I asked twice to be seated outside and they told me they will not serve me drinks over there. No food opsions for toddlers. We rarely seen someone at the pools serving. We had to get drinks ourselves most of the time. Overall the service was not good.
