Limited evening things for families to do. Very musty and warm room. Had to unplug mini fridge that was making room super hot. Room not great. Outdoor areas very nice except the pool bar which was not great. Cricket club open for activities but closed at 8:30 to flip to night club. No place for evening actiticies at all for kids other than the bands

First time visiting location. Staff are really supportive and involved. Specifically one Jerome S. who greeted us on the first day and then also saw us of. We really appreciated his carefulness to details and friendly personality. Look for Jerome at the front for your luggage, he's a great personality and looks after your needs.

The resort was good. The food was excellent. Plenty of activities to do on the resort. The staff was good as well. The only thing I had a issue with was the bed was uncomfortable. It was to hard. The shower wasn't really the best, because there was no in between when taking a shower. Meaning you ether had to take a hot shower or a cold shower no in between. But over all great first time experience on that resort.

We had a great time at the Hilton Rose! Everyone there is warm and welcoming. The food was great and the drinks were yummy. My kids loved the pools and the beach, the catamaran .. everything. Can’t wait to come back!
