Overall the property was great. Nice rooms, clean and most of the staff was good. The only thing I didn't like was I definitely felt like the staff at the Adult Only pool did not serve us as well because we are white. Looked over us many times. We tipped very often and tried to win their service but felt uncomfortable there many times. we actually moved to the kids area because of it.

The food was excellent, and the entertainment was enjoyable. However, my biggest concern was the lack of hot water during the first two days of my stay, which was disappointing given that I was only there for four days and three nights. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed my time, but I wish the accommodations had been better. Being unable to shower in that kind of heat and humidity was quite uncomfortable.

Overall the property is beautiful, but can use some updating. In some of the rooms. I enjoyed access to both sides. The side with kids had more activities and was a lot more fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. In the building I stayed in there was awful smell, I believe from the sewer. Unsure what could have been done about that, but more fresheners in the rooms

The property needs better maintenance. We had no hot water for 3 days, low water pressure and no tv for 2 days. I called the front desk multiple times with no resolution. For the money spent, I could’ve stayed somewhere else.

For the entire stay there was no hot water. Beautiful resort with some areas that need updating. Swim up room had rust and minor water damage. Good staff and great food in restaurants. Buffet and room service food kind of limited and average. Has a lot of potential with the great views. Beach kind of rocky and minor seaweed production. Staff did well managing amount of seaweed on shore. Very spacious resort and pools.

Celebrated our 3 year anniversary! Everything was absolutely amazing only issue we had was there was no hot water the entire stay. Cold showers were not the best but the atmosphere made us forget about the inconvenience. We would definitely stay again
