The property was very clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The pools were clean and well maintained and all service at the bars and restaurants was fantastic. We were a little disappointed to be hounded on the first day about attending a presentation for Hyatt Timeshares, which we had no interest in attending but seemed to be very pressured. We were also disappointed to find that the beach, which is regularly refurbished with sand, was not up to standard - it was so rocky that there was no way to get out into the water unless you brought aqua shoes with you. So while the beach was beautiful to look at, it was basically unusable. We caught an outside show on Halloween featuring many dancers that was fun and festive. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay but wished the beach was better.

Our stay there was great. We made this place our choice because of the food and friendly staff and we were not disappointed. Carmela and Delano were hyped up and kept the excitement alive as they did the different activities and shows. The food and drinks also helped us feel like they cared about the guests there. We got hugs from the staff as though we were family after our 4 days stay.

This all-inclusive resort for the price we paid was absolutely fantastic. We visited during a quieter tourist time (Labor Day and the few days following), so the property may have had a lower rate than if it had been during its peak tourist time. In any case, the amenities, restaurants, activities, and overall atmosphere was amazing. The staff were excellent and attentive. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family and I will probably try and stay here upon my next visit to Jamaica!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Zilara. The food was fantastic with plenty of restaurant options. The French restaurant was particularly exceptional. There was fresh seafood available at all the restaurants. The fish escovich and chicken wings ar the Jamaican Rootz restaurant were the best I've ever had. I loved the cafés. There were plenty of healthy options as well as pastries. The smoothies were great as were the cappuccinos. The gentleman at the breakfast buffet omelet station was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. The gym was fully equipped and even had scheduled group classes. The entertainment was excellent, especially the Bob Marley tribute band. Some guests complained about time share seminars disguised ans resort tours but we were never asked about the time shares and are thankful not to have been bothered with that. I will definitely return to this resort.
