The food was diverse and on par. Being a born Jamaican, the Jamaican cuisine was authentic, tasted very much like what I grew up with and missed greatly about my island. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and accommodating front desk to housekeeping The room was always very clean and respectably orderly. The free bar fridge was always restocked every day. The day and night entertainment was always good and engaging. The bowling alley was a good treat to have on site and enjoyed the no hassle play. I also enjoyed the beach which was clean and quiet but the swimming area could use a little dredging of sea weed and rocks i the swimming area. Overall i Loveddd this property but I was not ecstatic about the food. The Hibachi was good and so was the Italian restaurant but thats about it. I was looking forward to more authentic food. However the staff was AMAZING and it was reallyyyyyy "clean"!!! I would def. stay here again.

Firstly, the customer service was on point. Even the maintenance personels were respectful and irie. Secondly, the location of the major dining were in the same location, ease of location. The lazy river was relaxing and the Jacuzzi on the balcony made it quite special. Need some work on the beach though. But, the Spa was great! That was the icing on the cake for us as a couple.

My family and I chose your resort for our summer holidays, expecting a 5-star experience that would meet all our needs and expectations. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Below, I have outlined the specific issues we encountered: Poor Service and Customer Service Below Standards: The overall service quality was subpar, and the customer service did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star resort. Food Quality: The food was extremely disappointing, rating only 3 out of 10. There was limited variety, long lines at every restaurant, and the Italian food was the worst I have ever tasted. Room Service: Room service was performed only twice during our 4-day stay, and always at late hours. Additionally, the resort halls were consistently filthy. Plumbing Issues: Our sink was clogged, causing inconvenience throughout our stay. Safety Hazards: There were numerous safety hazards around the resort. Our toddler slipped on a wet floor, and when we visited the nurse station, they did not have an ice pack and provided a glove with ice instead. Electrical Hazards: There was a live wire hanging in the bathroom, easily reachable by our toddler. Faced with these difficulties and for the safety of our child, we decided to interrupt our holidays at Ocean Coral Spring Resort before the due date. During our stay, we expressed our concerns to your agents. We have been trying to get compensation for the days we did not stay at the resort, but so far, it has been impossib
