Overall a good resort. Housekeeping was lacking as they didn't stock fridge or towels. Service was good entertainment was good. Only bad place we ate was the steakhouse

This is a very substandard all inclusive. Very cheap drinks and alcohol which is watered down so you spend your time just consuming a lot of sugar from the rest of the drink. The staff generally have terrible attitude and are not helpful if you ask for help or raise a concern. Only go out of their way when attempting to get tips. House keeping was terrible kept having to beg for towels against poor attitude from housekeepers. Bath not cleaned in arrival until 4th day following a complaint. Very difficult to get refreshments when on the beach have to walk a good 5 minutes to a pool bar. Unlike a lot of other resorts who have staff taking orders for drinks. Jamaica restaurant constantly turned people away (3 nights) with lies that they have bookings when it was actually at half capacity to later be told they don’t have enough food. Do not book this with the expectation of a time of comfort and peace. Poorly managed resort with rubbish standards. Very limited toilets with 1 for each sex in a restaurant that sits around 200.

I had a fantastic stay at ocean eden bay, happily recommend them! Staff were attentive and friendly, they often checked in with all guests to ensure everyone was having a good time. My room had an incredible balcony hot tub overlooking the main pool area and even the ocean (stunning). Housekeeping were lovely and even cleaned twice a day. Great dining options, I managed to try a few and they were all great experiences with delicious meals. When my airport transfer was running late they jumped on the phone to sort it out for me. I basically had the relaxing reset I came for. Check them out!

The property is beautiful but the staff left so much to be desired. This was my first time at this resort due to joining some friends there and upon arrival everything went left. Due to poor marketing and misleading descriptions on their website. Check In took an entire day and turned into a standoff. Only after I decided to leave and go to another resort did they agree to LET ME PAY MORE to get what I originally booked. Not before asking me to spend an additional $300 for something Expedia had for $50. UNREAL AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU EXPEDIA FOR YOUR HELP AND GREAT PRICES BUT I WON'T GO BACK THERE!
