Immobile fatiscente sporco e umido, prima notte passata al freddo causa accensione ritardata dei riscaldamenti, bagno quasi impraticabile causa muffa e acqua a terra, elettrodomestici , teglie posate tegami sporche di grasso, ragnatele e polvere ovunque. Sconsigliato
