When i first got to my room. I went to use the key and the door just pushed open without the key being used. The security of the doors is minimal at best. Then i went to uae shower and had not a single towel or washrag or anything on floor. The parking lots were filled with homeless wandering about. I could not enjoy my stay because of constant worry of vandalism or burglary. Needless to say we checked out early and will not be staying here ever again

Rooms are half fast clean. I found several hairs in the shower like if they missed a good scrub. Walls are flithy in bathroom part of room. I had to ask front desk for a spray bottle because Housekeepers left around 6pm. Towels were stained and so was the comforter. No elevators so walking the 3rd floor to our room with luggage and child was a hassle.

Worst stay in our entire life (we are seniors)!
We travelled most of the world - this was the worst hotel ever! Unprofessional staff, dirty room, extremely noisy A/C, leaky toilet, clogged bath tub with sand (perhaps never cleaned), dirty environment around (garbage all over with bad smell, etc. etc.

Location was great but the property itself looked like dirty, rusted, unsafe and the bed had stains on it and the floor was dirty, the ceiling had stuff stuck to it and the paint was coming off of the walls. All in all it didn’t feel safe so we didn’t even stay.

Tv didn’t work. 2 towels. Shower curtain rod bent and hanging down so curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Offer d to give me a different room the second night of my two night stay.
