Parking space is little open, not so cramped. Missed a trash can in bedroom. No conditioner, only shampoo and soap.

Loved the bed! I was surprised how quiet it was since it seemed it was full each night. Parking is a bit tight and requires good reversing skills. Also loved how easy it was to walk to the shopping center across the street or get snacks at Whole Foods. But it’s close to downtown and the fun stuff while being quiet. I was in a room furthest from the office and could not get WiFi. It would pop in and out mostly in the morning but I mostly didn’t have internet. Monterey was also a dead zone for AT&T so I’d recommend bringing a book and planning to be unplugged.

The area was hit with a major storm. The area did not have power at hotels or restaurants and homes. They could not make room keys. This is no fault to the employees at the hotel just Mother Nature We told the manager we needed to cancel and get to an area where we had power internet and food options.

Poor and unethical business!
We arrived at 10pm to be told that the hotel had been without power since 7 am that day. They had no lights and no heat. The owners suggested we try their sister property but they called to learn that that property did not have a room large enough to accommodate us. We were also told that our charges would not be refunded. The owner told me that the property was sold out but only had 2 people in rooms due to the power outage. Because we had no place to stay I then drove the 6 hours home with my wife and 3 children with no sleep to arrive home after 4pm. This property stole our money! If there was an option for a rating of zero I would choose it. Move on and choose a different place to stay. Do yourself a favor.

We had a quiet,comfortable stay & the room was very clean updated. The mall is across the street and there is a Whole Foods Market, movie theater, & restaurants. The motel is about 10 minutes driving to the wharf and downtown area.

Good place! Bathroom window had a lock so it could be opened only about an inch. Towels were very thin. Only 1 trash can. Bedding was a thin blanket. Very bright lights in the bathroom. Too bright for evening/night.

My family and I really enjoyed out stay. We stayed in the 2 room suite. Plenty of space. Very clean and nice. Amazing location. Across from the mall you could walk there. Very close to the aquarium. Close to freeway. Very happy and would stay again.
