I didn’t like how far it was from the airport. It said shuttle included but we had to catch an Uber. I like that you could walk to nearby restaurants.

The hotel location is amazing. I was expecting it to be a great hotel considering the fact that it is by Luxor group but I was highly disappointed with the amenities. The sinks are clogged and the water just sits there. The shower barely has any pressure it takes forever to take a shower. Very disappointing.

This hotel is good the only reason i gave this points it is because on sunday my key room stop working and I went to front desk to ask the receptionist to active it please and Ismael saw me really bad with attitude and I feel really bad about it.

The property and location is great. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is great. My only complaint is that when you shower, the water runs out of the shower and gets the floor wet and runs into the sink area outside of the restroom.

Bathrooms need lots of improvement and maintenance as the shower floods the bathroom floor and the toilet is constantly leaking/running water. The floor has lots of scratches and areas on the wall have lifted wallpaper due to moisture and/or mold. There was no laundry even though it's listed on the ammenities and their third party dry cleaning prices were excessive. The pool also needs work as there was a hose used to fill it and there was no sort of chemicals to maintain the water. On our last night they were doing contruction or maintenance in the floor above us and we couldn't sleep. While the staff was friendly and accomodating, our complaints did not get us a different room or any sort of compensation for the inconveniences.
