Disappointed and asking for breakfast money return
I didn’t like it at all as many things weren’t that good. The breakfast was so awful for the amount I was required to pay for two people while I was only one traveler and no option to choose for one person . For health reasons, the breakfast didn’t suit me. I just ate it three times and money wasted. I will not comment on other things and that was my first and last time in that hotel chain after 7regrettable nights

I was bounce charge in my check-in. My room did not have the coffe maker. I was tell the breakfast was included, arrived to the restaurant and my room was not in the free breakfast list. Among others. sincerely, one of the worst experiences in hotels in my life.

A/c not cooling, the fan shroud was off and air was recirculating. We had to prop it to stay fixed. Breakfast is horrible. Frozen pancakes. Bacon very low quality. Just charge for a good quality breakfast
