I could write twenty pages regarding the unprofessionalism of this hotel. It does not have decent facilities. The lobby is like an echo chamber that magnifies into the rooms. It is very loud. The bed had a plastic mattress cover. Therefore you wake up in the middle of the night in a pool of water. The mini-split AC and heat did not work. The bathroom had a soap dispenser that did not dispense soap. I was glad that I bought body wash. The place smelled bad. It smelled musty and moldy. The grout and calking looked nasty and unprofessional. The shower had no exhaust vent. It had an open window with a screen on it and all the outside car alarms and noise came through that window into the room. The restaurant is absolutely horrible. I was served the nastiest tasting club sandwich I have ever encountered and the fries were soft and cold and dripping in grease. Disgusting. I sent back the meal and went hungry that night after all day of driving. The location of the place is very difficult to drive to. It is not located on a main avenue. It is in a slum. You have to drive through really nasty areas to get to the hotel. There are dozens of topes to drive through to get there. It is a very unpleasant neighborhood. You cannot walk your dogs there. There are wild dogs and feral cats everywhere.
The place is terrible, nothing to do with the photos, the price is very expensive for that place.

Property was ok for the money we pay, and the location was good but they need more thing to fix in the rooms, like shower head, curtains, upgrade the A/C since they don't work properly, they need to provide more towels, and fix and secure the doors, since one door was uneven and had a big gap having no privacy at all,
Excellent stay will stay here again if we go again
Good stay , suoer clean and great air conditioning everything was clean. We took a walk to the train 🚆 and it was easy and safe the stay . Love that they lock the parking garage at night super safe made me feel . Everyone super nice and frendly
Estuve por 6 días. Precio excelente. Hay lavandería al lado, servicio al cuarto para ordenar comida o si quieres hay restaurante. Las chicas de servicio son muy amables. Lo único malo es el lugar ubicado. Pero todo bien.

Hidden location, horrible neighborhood but the hotel is clean and has a friendly staff. No shampoo provided only soap and toilet paper. The shower head was broken. There”s nothing special about the restaurant’s food.
Clearly, La Silla is trying hard. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant were all very accomodating and helpful. Although everything in the room worked, they could be a bit more pro-active in checking items like the reliable flow of the toilet, and the overall effectiveness of their wi-fi throughout the property. Breakfast was more than adequate, and there was never a shortage of hot water in the room.
It is modestly close and convenient to Monterrey's Central bus station and a key Metro rapid transit station which, with a little homework, is an easy way to get around the core of the city. It is by the corner of two relatively lonely streets, so taxis may be preferable after dark.
This property is worth further consideration
is the worse hotel I've ever been: poor service, dirty and this hotel is falling it in parts

nice service.
Very polite staff. Clean rooms. There was construction going on at the hotel, and not safe for little kids. Industrial area, lots of noise from factories 4:00 am shift start whistles. Safe to walk around during day time, do not go out at night time. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the next room and people just walking outside.
I think it is a very convenient hotel at a very low price. My only complaint is the bed mattresses which are very thin and cheap. New mattresses would be great. The complimentary breakfast was really good
Beds and pillows need an upgrade, dark rooms impossible to read in under low light conditions.
Convenient central location. Breakfast just acceptable. Water could have been hotter in shower.
Bad location, have to travel in and out in a taxi, can't walk around the zone, police raids, etc.....I had to cancel my 3 day stay, only good was the staff very friendly and polite.
