The hotel is one of my favorites due to how luxurious it is while also being 100 ft from the mall. They have stores like H&M and American Eagle and a huge food court as well as other restaurants right at walking distance. You have to pay for parking time but if you just Uber around then it's amazing.

Tuve que dar 1 estrella por la comodidad de sus camas. Todo lo demás pésimo. Está situado en medio de una plaza comercial enorme. No hay acceso de vehículo para bajar equipaje. Tienes que caminar llevando tus maletas entre la gente que está haciendo compras para entrar al hotel. El estacionamiento es el mismo de la plaza. Las personas en recepción no te informan absolutamente nada acerca de la tecnología de las habitaciones y nada funciona sino usas la tarjeta/llave de acceso. Cosa que tienes que figurar por ti mismo. Durante mi estancia y de acuerdo a la recepción hubo una falla en el aire acondicionado y fue una pesadilla estar en ese cuarto. No hubo ni una disculpa cuando se les dijo de la incomodidad del calor y que no pudimos dormir. El baño estaba súper sucio. Proveen lo más básico de toallas

Esta padre porque esta en Paseo La Fe y tienes muchas opciones de lugares para ir; Sin embargo, el estacionamiento debería venir ya incluido en la reserva. Ademas, que el servicio a la habitación no se da abasto en las noches.

This is our second stay here. It’s a great hotel but finding your way into the mall where it is can be tricky, as can finding a parking space in the underground parking garage. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. It’s also pet friendly, one of the only ones in the area.

El hotel está muy bien solo que si buscas descansar por las noches esta no es una buena opción ya que el la parte de abajo del hotel se encuentran todos los bares que tienen música alta hasta como los dos de la mañana durante todo el fin de semana que estuvimos alli
