Excelente para venir a festivales y conciertos en Parque Fundidora y en la Arena. Super básico, sólo nos dejaron una toalla para dos personas.

The site says that there is a help desk to accommodate your arrival. But I received an initial email saying that the arrival was “autonomous” that I would get instructions for self check in. The email never arrived and no one answered multiple calls and emails. I had to get another hotel at the very last minute. This was a frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

I did like how independent things felt. I didn't particularly like the layout of the bedroom (the wall sockets were too far and odd). Everything else was great.

Un dolor de cabeza el check in
El check in es terrible no puedes entrar a la propiedad hasta que encuentres un Oxxo para pagar mientras estás ahí con maletas en la banqueta y la calle no se ve segura aparte del frío que hacía depues de navegar por fin te pide tu identificación le mandas foto y te da un código que habré la puerta luego otro código que habré la habitación si no tienes saldo en tu teléfono ya te arruinaste porque la bocina que tiene en la puerta principal NO se escucha nada No me quedaría otra vez ahí y NO lo recomiendo menos a mujeres solas

Corchon viejo e incomodo
Honestamente estoy decepcionado por el corchon de la cama. Tan incómodo era y me sentí estafado. La verdad si en el cuarto solo hay una cama, invierte tantito pensando en la gente que quiere descansar bien. Por fin nos fuimos de ahí a la mitad y no quedamos la última noche por la misma incomodidad.

Lean los comentarios de la app y sobre todo de Google Maps para darse una idea de lo que es. Yo no tuve grandes problemas y es una gran ventaja que esté tan cerca de Cintermex. Sin embargo, el cuarto sí tiene muchos detalles. Cuando llegué había una cucaracha en el baño y fueron a quitarla de mala gana. El ruido se cuela fácilmente, la cama no es de lo mejor y los acabados del cuarto tiene detalles. Si en otra habitación usan el agua, baja mucho la presión. En conclusión, si eres muy quisquilloso con los detalles, definitivamente busca otra cosa. Si solo quieres cercanía al Parque Fundidora está excelente.

Toda la atención excelente, la única como observación es que el baño tenía demasiado moho (hongo) en el techo y paredes y me incomodó, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien

Muy practica para llegar al citermex, los cuartos un poco chicos pero bien cuidados, responden rápido por whats ya que todo es electrónico. No hay muchas opciones para comer en restaurante cerca

Excelente ubicación hay restaurantes cerca, un Oxxo puedes ir caminando a la arena mty, parque fundidora o Cintermex. El detalle fue que no encontré conexiones en la habitación solo una a lado de la cama y la persona de limpieza se portó grosera fuera de eso todo bien 👍👍👍
