The view of central Monterrey was great mountains in the background and you could see the top of the safi in San Pedro

I have been to this place several times before the quality has certainly diminished. I will not be staying there again. I would not recommend it to anyone guest services are garbage undertrained staff, i had coffee missing, and shampoo. plus the top fo the mirror had dust.

The property is in a convenient spot, but the pool and jacuzzi are old and not well cared for. The staff isn’t very friendly and asks a lot of questions. When I ordered an Uber, the parking staff bothered the drivers, which made them upset when I got in the car. The driver who took me to the airport was even yelled at when he came to pick me up. I don’t understand why, since lots of people use Uber and the staff should be used to it.

Beautiful spot!! But the workers made me feel very unwelcome. My nephew and friend come for like 15 minutes and made it the most unawkward situation. I talked them to stay there to be there for my brothers wedding. Been there twice but probably wont stay at the location. I know they have policies but just crazy how they made made me feel.
