The property is in an excellent location. The hotel was clean and the pool was amazing. The only issue is the hotel was over crowded and under staffed. Check-in took about 1 hr.

They need to improve the cleanliness, bathroom are dirty because it’s an old building but the service in bedrooms could improve a lot, just basic maintenance and service for the money you spend in the location don’t make sense. There’s a lot of more options with better quality in the surrounding area.

I stayed here before but this time I was in a lower floor than usual (4th). On Saturday night they had party in the banquet room that blasted music until 2am. The pool was also closed on one of the days I was there.

The staff were great! We stayed 5 nights and everyone was super friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend staying here. They had a breakfast buffet were everything from the fruit to the tacos and varied Mexican dishes were delicious. The are felt safe and there were 2 big malls with restaurant walking distance from the hotel.

Looks like some upgrades were done in the room, but poor workmanship. The shower pan was extremely dirty. The A/C controls were not working in my room and maintenance had to come to my room twice in a span of an hour. Very disappointed. Not going back!
