Me hospedé en temporada de Pal' Norte con un amigo, las habitaciones del piso 3 cumplen con lo que ofrecen, agua caliente, cama cómoda, desayuno de cortesía, aire acondicionado etc. Lo único malo es que no sirven las caminadoras y el Wi-Fi se satura

There was hair all over the bedsheets. The towels were dirty. And this was my second time to book with them. First time I had an issue with the room being dirty and I told them and they did take care of it and so I thought OK maybe I just got a bad room decided to book the second time I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and it was worse. Never again will I book with them they’re just dirty.

En nuestra habitación no habia toallas cuando llegamos, tampoco telefono para marcar a recepción y pedirlas, el lugar estaba limpio pero descuidado. Tambien no hubo agua caliente cuando nos bañamos en la mañana.

Great hotel for business travel.
I stayed here two night for business travel. I found the hotel to be excellent. Right off the main road with great parking. The check in was fast, friendly, efficient. The room was clean and had everything I needed. That included nice wood hangers for my clothes, iron and ironing board, plenty of pillows and a desk to get some work done. The AC was nice and cold and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a good size and the water pressure was great. They had a good breakfast that was included. Beans, eggs, chilaquiles, fruit, toast and juices. This is what I look for when I travel on business.

The heater was not working and it was really cold. We had to suffer 3 days with the cold and could barely Sleep. The shower Also took a very long time to heat up. The stay was horrible.
