The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the amenities were abundant and the rooms and balcony were very large, luxurious and had breathtaking views. I especially enjoyed reading in our hammock on our deck or simply taking in the views. I wish we would have stayed longer as we didn’t get the chance to head down to the Club Rio part of the property as the last shuttle down is at 4:15pm so we missed it. The downside for me was the distance to the town. The drive was long enough that you didn’t want to pop I to town for supper.

Room and staff were excellent as well as the trails and property in general. We had fun with the turn down service and their daily towel characters. We had a car while there and I would suggest parking yourself near your room if you plan on leaving property frequently. They have valet, but we had daily activities and wanted to roam outside and explore different foods so didn’t want to walk to the valet each time. Also, it took us a couple days to discover they have 3 different menus to order from. There is a pizza menu, and separate menus from restaurants that you can order off from a bar area.
