The Springs Resort is absolutely amazing. Our room was beautiful with breathtaking views of the volcano. The pools and hot springs are everywhere. The staff at this resort is what truly makes it top notch. They genuinely love what they do and enjoy sharing what they know and see with guests. We will be back hopefully sooner than later.

Spectacular setting and so much to do. We loved everything about our stay. Club Río offers a wonderful variety of activities on site for the whole family. Service was outstanding except for one waiter our first evening who seemed more intent on upselling than taking care of guests. Other than that, nothing but positive things to say about the rooms, staff, and entire experience!

The Springs Resort is positively phenomenal. Everything from the rooms, to the restaurants, to the service and the grounds were a 10. I would go back tomorrow!!! The views are unmatched and there are all sorts of wildlife creatures on the grounds (toucans, monkeys, sloths and wild turkeys).

The Springs Resort is a beautiful property with hot springs and laguna pools - all with beautiful views of the volcano. Our 3 kids loved the springs, the pools, and the slide! The play room with popcorn and the gym were also great! The shuttle and friendly staff made it easy to get around the property from our room to the main building where all of the pools were located. Added bonus was the washer and dryer on the first floor, which was so helpful as we had wet clothes from the excursions we took. This is our second time at The Springs, and will definitely stay here again when we return to Fortuna!
