Excellent place. Highly recommend!! It’s a huge property and lots of spaces to have private moments with nature. Breakfast was great. Lunch and dinner food was okay. Overall, would definitely come back again!

Fantastic hot springs; didn't feel too crowded. Service was exceptional. The rooms are far larger and more luxurious than they appear in the pictures. Activities at Club Rio were excellent and very well coordinated, with lots of available staff to help. The food at the restaurants was fine but not exceptional. It's a 20 minute ride into Fortuna, but worth it if you're staying for a few nights and would like to try other dining options.

Beautiful resort, clean and great staff. We are foodies and the food was by far not to quality vs what you pay. Breakfast was fine but resort food should didn’t compare to restaurants in la fortuna. We will be back! No need to push people downtown….cheaper for + taxi both ways and food 2 times better at sodas and location restaurants.

This was an absolutely wonderful day, wish we could have had more time, but our 3 nights there were stellar. The property is up in the hills, and overlooks the Arenal volcano. Spectacular views from the main lobby and even from our rooms! There are multiple hot springs and pools on site, in 3 different groupings, and all were situated beautiful with food options and bathrooms and towel stations nearby. Delicious food, including sushi and Italian options. The drinks were delicious, especially from one bartender named Paola who also went above and beyond to take care of us. We ran into her every day and her wit and positive attitude were just wonderful. And lastly, the spa is small but stunning, i had a great massage and scrub which were both super relaxing. Highly recommend!

The Springs Resort offered everything I needed on my vacation. From the first moment we arrived we were treated like royalty with friendliness and pampering. The staff are exceptionally friendly and many remembered our names during our short 4-day stay. The multiple hot springs pools are drained and cleaned daily. The swim up bar was such fun. Our room was grand, with an amazing view of Arenal volcano. The housekeeping staff were very respectful and we enjoyed the nightly turn-down service. The Club Rio center has fun activities such as river tubing, kayaking, climbing wall and animals. The activities are mild and if you want more adventure, the concierge is happy to assist with booking adventures. The concierge, Silvia, was exceptionally responsive and helpful on many accounts. The food in the breakfast buffet was very good. Limited short order options. We enjoyed sushi several times and had a wonderful dinner in Las Ventanas where they are cultivating a growing wine list. We hope to return one day to experience this beautiful resort.

The property is amazing. We went in the off season so less visitors and the staff was quick for everything. From check in to check out the staff was amazing and very helpful. The restaurants at the resort are convenient. The steakhouse was on point and had a great wine selection. The property is amazing with so many swimming pools and hot springs to go into. The activities at the property are very cool and reasonably priced. The room had an amazing view and it was so lovely having coffee in the morning to looking at the volcano. Overall this place is amazing and I would recommend it.
