The welcome and the care of Marie and her family were outstanding and there was a determination to make it feel as though we were part of the family. Our room (Marquis) was lovely - very large and full of character but with mod cons, comfortable seating and a very comfy bed. It also had an attached small room with 2 single beds we didn't need this as it was just the 2 of us. Breakfast, both indoors and outdoors depending on the weather, were fresh and tasty with the opportunity to eat as much as you needed to start your day. Marie makes eggs to order to supplement the continental breakfast. L'Olivier restaurant is great and within easy walking distance (best to book just in case). Things to be aware of, just in case these will impact negatively on your visit - the local clock bells toll the hour and half hour all day and all night, it is best to expect to park nearby on the road or in the town square around the corner rather than on site, L'Olivier was the only real place to eat in the town that you could rely on being open when it said it would be. Finally, if you are shy, in this room the bath suite is part of the room but with a private toilet. Overall, we loved it. It had a special feel to it.

La halte du temps porte bien son nom. Accueil chaleureux et familial qui a fait de cette expérience une vraie pause détente dans un cadre reposant. Un lieu historique à l'abri des regards, bien caché dans un joli village d'époque. Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires de ce lieu atypique.

Très bon accueil dans un cadre agréable. Cette vieille maison de famille est particulièrement typique et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. La maîtresse de maison est très attentionnée envers ses hôtes et se fait un plaisir de raconter son histoire. Un vrai voyage hors du temps.

Excellent accueil de Marie, tres a l'écoute de ses clients qui deviennent rapidedes amis. Chambre d'époque très spacieuse. Maison ancienne très confortable et tres beau jardin arboré. Piscine très agréable pour se rafraîchir apresune chaude journée. Localisation très au calme, on dort très bien et le lendemain le petit petit-déjeuner autour de la table d'hôtes dans le jardin est exceptionnel. A recommander vivement pour une expérience unique dans la région.
