Thank you to the staff of Koora for a perfect stay. From the time you step out of your car, valet service greets you and helps unload your luggage. Raquel at the front desk is really good. Damien at the restaurant is great. Some of the best service we’ve ever had at a hotel. The views are unforgettable. The animals and nature are all around the property. We saw a family of Coati come through regularly.

A stunning hotel with excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, welll lit and of an excellent standard. We used the heated pools and firepit at night. The dining area was gorgeous with a sunset view. We saw a sloth and monkeys during our breakfast. The breakfast was served from a menu rather than a buffet. All the staff were accommodating to our dietary needs and made food to our liking.

Beautiful hotel in the cloud forest region of Monteverde with an amazing staff! Everyone was so attentive and went above and beyond, from managers to receptionists and the restaurant staff, all ensure that guest have a one of a kind experience!
