Maison ancienne typique et de caractère, en pierre de la région et toiture en Lauze.
Son atout principal: sa localisation en pleine nature, dans un petit hameau isolé, au calme absolu, mais à seulement 10 min des commerces.
Une vue époustouflante, surplombant la vallée et la rivière de la Truyère.
Idéal pour se ressourcer, lire au coin du feu ou bronzer sur une chaise longue, profiter des nombreuses activités de la région, ou se retrouver entre amis.
La maison se situe dans le hameau de Trébuc, près du village de Montézic (12460).
A 10 min en voiture vous trouverez une boulangerie, un spar, une pharmacie, l'office de tourisme, un médecin, une station essence etc.

Le gîte est super bien rénové et très agréable à vivre. Vue superbe, plein de choses à visiter dans les environs (Estaing, Laguiole, Conques…).
