I loved everything, with one exception. The valet service was non-responsive Friday night, 29 Nov, and Saturday morning, 30 Nov. Otherwise, the hotel staff and facilities were PERFECT!

I was very disappointed in the housekeeping services. The staff was lovely and responsive but my room was not cleaned for two days despite requesting services and when it was they did a terrible job leaving a dirty washcloth and no hand soap

Gorgeous property with interesting architecture. The rooftop bar is so nice! The staff was friendly and there’s a Starbucks very close. Parking is valet or you can park on the street Friday - Sunday. There’s also a parking garage near by

Trilogy is a tastefully restored forner votton warehouse which has been converted into an elegant hotel worthy.of the Marriott brand. The artwork throughout vthe hotel including the rooms is beautiful. The designer has retained the red brick on the interior walls in the room. The staff were friendly and attentive. This was a great first visit.
