It’s a perfect spot for romantic getaways or tranquil retreats, complete with outdoor smoking area. Bring your dog and enjoy this picturesque setting, where every day feels like a peaceful vacation.

The space

This cozy and inviting first-floor unit spans 680 sq. ft. and offers a delightful 1 bedroom, 1 bath layout, complete with a back porch to relish the picturesque views of the golf course. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a Smart flat-screen TV for your entertainment. In the living room, you'll find a plush queen-size sofa and another Smart TV.

While the kitchen is compact, it is equipped with essential cooking supplies to prepare your meals. You can dine at the kitchen counter table, accommodating up to 3 guests, or enjoy an outdoor seating area on the patio with a table for four. Surrounded by majestic trees and the lush greenery of the Walden Golf Course, you'll truly feel immersed in a forest-like ambiance.

It's essential to note that this is a compact space, and occasionally, odors and increased humidity levels may penetrate through the walls, potentially resulting in a residual smoke smell. To mitigate this, I've equipped the space with two air purifiers, and you can enhance ventilation by briefly opening the back sliding door for a few minutes.

I kindly ask you to consider this aspect, including humidity levels, before finalizing your booking. My goal is to ensure that my place suits your needs perfectly. Please be aware that if you proceed with the booking, refunds will not be issued once you've checked in.

Relaxing retreat
While staying in the area for a work project it was nice to have a place to come "home" too that not only had everything I needed but quite a few comforts and unexpected extras. The thoughtfulness of the owner shows through in the property with many little details planned to make the stay better for the guests. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, property was clean and comfortable, really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again or recommend to a friend in the area.

Beautiful view of Walden golf course from patio in this first floor unit. Great accommodation overall. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics and then some. Washer/dryer in the unit is very convenient when you’re traveling. Easy access to unit from parking lot which is great when you have suitcases, etc to bring in. Small considerate details like cloths for make up removal, toiletries, shower gel, have been supplied which is very unusual for a vRbo rental. Several restaurants nearby.

We needed an easy place to rest and recover while attending a family gathering here at Lake Conroe. What a retreat it was from the kids house! Very well equipped and communication was excellent. We did use t he e adult pool one afternoon and such lovely people who live here!

Enjoyed our stay - very relaxing.
Very clean condo. Peaceful, relaxing atmosphere - sitting on patio. We wintered here for a month to be close to family in Conroe . It is a bit small but was actually great for the two of us. MaryLou was a great host and communicated quickly with anything we needed/asked. There was a issue with water heater but she was able to resolve it and all was good...even comped us days for the inconvenience. A little disappointed that the golf course had just recently went private, members only and didn't allow walkers on the course. We did find a member to allow us on as a guest one day. The waterfront is all residential property which was safe to walk around a look at houses. I did find a couple nice walking trails and a small spot on the lake to sit and relax by the water. Comfortable bed, slept well! Good restaurants in the area, Krogers/Walmart/Donut shop close by.
