Rooms are very tidy and clean. However, very small rooms and inconvenient to have three different keys to get into the hotel. Close major amenities, and 10 minute walk from train station… However, surrounding area is dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aenea Superior Inn. We went with our three kids and there was a lot of space. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, our apartment was kept very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast and drink options provided. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to visit. We would definitely go back to stay there again.

Staff was very kind. Check-in was super easy and the morning croissants were an added touch. The room was perfect for what we needed it for but was a tad warm, even with the air on. Overall, would recommend if you need a spot to stay

We were greeted by a lovely woman who helped coordinate our stay, there was a lift in the building to help with luggage and just a single stair flight up to the Inn. Lots of dining options nearby & a supermarket across the street for drinks & snacks. Super convenient area that's quiet but close to the hustle & bustle of Roma. 10ish minute walk to the train station. 10ish minute walk to the Colosseum & easy to get around to any other destinations you want to see. An added surprise was the fresh pastries delivered to your door in a basket every morning, that was a lovely surprise! They also held our luggage until our train departed in the afternoon so we could still go out and explore without lugging our bags with us. Overall, if we ever go back to Roma, I look forward to staying here again!

Very nice location and terrace. Apartment was roomy and clean and we really enjoyed the fresh pastries delivered every morning. The staff were also very nice and accommodating. Very close to the Coliseum, restaurants and grocery. Would love to stay here again!!

The apartment we got was big and very clean. The outdoor area was an amazing. Very close to the basilica of Mary Major and a train station. Plenty of place to eat close by plus a mini market across the street.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel from start to finish, everything was first class, the shower was awesome, i also like the idea of the breakfast left outside the room in a basket was very yummy, the 12 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel was also a plus point and also everywhere was within walking distance for me the english tourist in Rome

The hotel is located within a Condo building and can be a bit tricky to locate. The room its self was great, decent size and overall pretty clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the lobby area because the rooms are all on the same floor as the reception. It can be pretty loud when people are checking out. Another hotel in the building was also having an event and the music was so loud that our room sounded like a club, luckily this stopped around 11pm.

Friendly staff that spoke good English, answered all of our questions. Free wine. We borrowed umbrellas for the rain. Nice neighborhood, seems safe. Clean hotel room.
