Our stay here was great. We weren’t able to check in or meet the staff in person, as they only work from 8:30-13:00. However, they made our check in and stay as smooth as possible with all the details we needed to not panic outside of the property upon arrival, haha.

Great property for exploring. Many places to eat nearby and also for shopping. Key pad easy to use outside especially as we arrived late. Very good and budget friendly place to stay .

We had a good 3 night stay which was walking distance to all the main attractions in Roma. Only downside was the noise from the street and the reception isn’t 24/7 but we didn’t need to contact them out of hours and had no issues in accessing the room. Lovely sized room and decent for the price.

The instructions they gave before arriving was easy to follow. Felt very safe, even though I didn’t get the chance to meet the staff in person, they manage to help me via chat messages. The bed was not comfortable imo. Bathroom shampoo/soap small quantity. In my last day, idk but the elevator did not work after midnight ahaha… maybe it was for security. We ended carrying all the luggage down the stairs from the 5th floor 😭

Property Excellent. Cleanliness Excellent. Location Excellent. Room is spacious and cleaned every day . Only thing was missing is toiletries, we had to buy our own shampoo, body wash etc. I recommend and would stay here again.
